Tips

• If you have a front load washer and/or fridge with digital displays, put them on a surge protector.  This helps protect the computer boards on the machines.

• Sometimes your dishwasher is wired to a light switch.  If your dishwasher isn't working, check to see if there's a switch that was turned off before you call for service.

• We will often ask you for a model number for your appliance.  Here is where they are commonly located.  Look for "MOD" or "Model" on the tag.
  • ​Refrigerator - inside of the refrigerator around the top shelf
    
  • Dishwasher - inside dishwasher on side walls
    
  • Range - pull out storage drawer and look on the frame of the appliance, not the drawer itself. Or, if the stovetop lifts up, look underneath it.
  • Wall oven - inside oven on side walls
    
  • Washer - open door/lid and look on frame, not the door
    
  • Dryer - open door and look on frame, not the door
